PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS
New to yoga? Feeling unsure? Recovering from an injury? Or maybe you’re looking to refine your practice in a way that’s tailored to you.
One-to-one sessions offer a supportive space to build confidence, develop strength and mobility, and reconnect with your body at your own pace. These private sessions take place at my studio in Meadowbank, where we’ll focus on what youneed—whether that’s improving technique, moving with more ease, or simply creating space to slow down and breathe.
Depending on your goals, sessions may include breathwork, meditation, yoga nidra, postural awareness, mindful movement, strength and stability training, mobility and flexibility exercises, and guided self-inquiry.
Sessions are held at my home studio, but if you’d prefer to practice in the comfort of your own space, I’m happy to travel to you.

Private Reformer Pilates sessions are tailored to your individual needs, helping you develop stability, flexibility, and body awareness in a supportive and focused environment.
Sessions take place at my home studio in Meadowbank, where we’ll work at your pace to refine technique, increase core strength, and improve functional movement patterns. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, these sessions provide an opportunity to move with intention and precision.
Depending on your goals, sessions may include strength and stability training, mobility work, postural alignment, breathwork, and mindful movement.

I am currently training as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor with Hale Pule, deepening my understanding of this ancient, holistic system of healing. Rooted in nature and guided by balance, Ayurveda offers personalized wellness practices to support the mind, body, and spirit.
In the near future, I will be offering Ayurvedic consultations to help you cultivate vitality and wellbeing through diet, daily routines, movement, and lifestyle practices tailored to your unique constitution. Whether you’re looking to restore balance, improve digestion, manage stress, or enhance overall health, these sessions will provide practical, accessible tools for sustainable wellness.
